Job summary

Archipelago Philippines Ferries is seeking an on-site HR Supervisor for Recruitment in Muntinlupa. With 1–3 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or sales, you will drive recruitment efforts and coordinate with operations.

A valid driver’s license and willingness to relocate to Dapdap are required. You will conduct recruitment activities, oversee institutional account management, and collaborate on business development plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or sales related field.
• 1–3 years of sales/telemarketing experience.
• With valid driver's license.
• Willing to relocate in Dapdap.

Responsibilities

• Conducts telemarketing and sales calls/visits to gather client information.
• Meets with existing customers and prospects within the sales territory to position product solutions.
• Oversees institutional account management performance.
• Formulates business development plans with Operations to maximize field time and efficiency.
• Prepares weekly sales reports per hub.
• Attends training sessions as required by the company.
