Responsibilities

The Sales Officer is responsible in helping the Business Unit Head in achieving the bottom line and day-to-day operations of Renaissance Convention Center, Courtyard Dormtel, and other seasonal business units. She is also responsible in planning, directing, coordination business unit operations. Helps ensure the maintenance and upkeep of business unit premises with the help of Engineering Services. Assists in applying the means to achieve Renaissance Convention Center and Courtyard Dormtel\'s clients\' safety, security, and satisfaction. Acts on behalf of the Business Unit Head during his or her absence.

Job Requirements

• Must be a graduate of Marketing or any business-related course
• With at least 1-3 years of work experience in office or commercial space leasing
• Preferably with existing network
• With strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Must be focused, output driven, aggressive, customer service oriented, and able to work with minimum supervision
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, flexible, with positive attitude, and can handle work pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Must be willing to work in Marikina
