Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies Administration/Management is required.
• Preferably 1 year of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist VP-Sales and AVP for sales and marketing.
• Monitor, check and maintain sales forms (A1-A3).
• Coordinate with clients for feedback.
• Prepare bid documents and related business documents.
• Encode files and documents as assigned.
• Take minutes of Sales Department meetings when assigned.
• Attend daily meetings with technical coordinators and project managers.
• Coordinate client concerns with administration per company policy.
• Renew documents for bids and accreditation.
• Prepare assignment slips for site surveys and demos.
