Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide daily assistance to ensure sales managers communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
• Create presentation materials for meetings and proofread for consistency.
• Draft formal letters (bidding documents, quotations, memos).
• Utilize telemarketing skills as needed in sales activities.
• Provide product, promotion and pricing information by clarifying customer requirements.
• Consolidate, analyze, and forward daily action summaries to managers.
• Assist in quotations, purchase orders, bidding documents, telemarketing, and other sales documents.
• Interact with clients, management, coworkers, and station employees professionally.
