Job summary

We Connect HR Solutions OPC is seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing Support professional in Metro Manila. The role spans sales support, marketing activities, and general administrative duties to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of campaigns and client communications.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in sales or marketing support, strong English communication, and solid skills in MS Office, social media, and CRM tools. On-site work Monday to Saturday is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales support, marketing, or administrative work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (and local language if applicable).
• Proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace and basic digital marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales quotations, proposals, presentations, and contracts.
• Maintain CRM with accurate lead, client, and sales information.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and social media; route leads appropriately.
• Process sales orders and coordinate with operations, logistics, and finance.
• Track sales performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Schedule client meetings and follow-ups for the sales team.
• Support marketing campaigns across digital, print, and events.
• Create and schedule content for social media and newsletters.
• Coordinate production of marketing materials and monitor brand guidelines.
• Organize trade shows, product launches, and events.
• Maintain organized files and monitor budgets and related expenses.
