Recruitify_HR is seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing professional to drive targets and promotions in Metro Manila. The role involves planning campaigns, in-store activations, and field visits to key trade accounts.

The candidate should have 3+ years in Sales and Marketing, preferably with FMCG exposure, and a proven track record in managing retail accounts. Willingness to travel and strong negotiation skills are required.

Qualifikationen

Key Responsibilities

Achievement of given sales target.

Plan, execute, review, and improve marketing and promotional activities such as consumer campaigns, in-store merchandising, sampling events, presentations in business review meetings with trade accounts, and Product Knowledge Training, etc.

Build rapport with assigned trade accounts’ key persons and do business negotiations.

Conduct fieldwork/business trips in assigned territories/areas and visit trade accounts to execute merchandising and promotional activities.

Manage Merchandisers who are covering the branches of assigned retail accounts by giving instructions, monitoring performance based on POS data analysis, and coming up with improvement plans.

Plan and implement market research (category, shopper, user, competitor, region, channel, etc).

Miscellaneous tasks.

[Must] More than 3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing

[Preferred] Experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), food, beverage, cosmetics, and household products industries

[Preferred] Sales experience managing retail accounts, distributors, and wholesalers

[Preferred] Proven track record of achieving sales targets

[Preferred] Experience in sales and promotion analysis using POS data

[Preferred] Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

[Preferred] Willingness and ability to travel frequently and work in the field
