You will drive sales targets, plan and implement marketing activities, manage merchandisers and trade accounts, and travel to field territories. The package includes 13th-month pay, HMO, salary increases, and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• More than 3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.
• Experience in FMCG sectors is preferred (food, beverage, cosmetics, household products).
• Sales experience managing retail accounts, distributors, and wholesalers is preferred.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work in the field.

Responsibilities

• Achieve the assigned sales target.
• Plan, execute, and review marketing and promotional activities.
• Build rapport with trade accounts and conduct negotiations.
• Travel for fieldwork to execute merchandising activities.
• Manage Merchandisers and monitor performance using POS data.
• Plan and implement market research (category, shopper, competitor, region).
