You will drive sales targets, plan and implement marketing activities, manage merchandisers and trade accounts, and travel to field territories. The package includes 13th-month pay, HMO, salary increases, and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• More than 3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.
• Experience in FMCG sectors is preferred (food, beverage, cosmetics, household products).
• Sales experience managing retail accounts, distributors, and wholesalers is preferred.
• Willingness to travel frequently and work in the field.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Achievement of given sales target.
• Plan, execute, review, and improve marketing and promotional activities, including consumer campaigns, in-store merchandising, sampling events, presentations at business review meetings with trade accounts, and Product Knowledge Training.
• Build rapport with key personnel at assigned trade accounts and conduct business negotiations.
• Conduct fieldwork/business trips in assigned territories/areas and visit trade accounts to execute merchandising and promotional activities.
• Manage Merchandisers who are covering the branches of assigned retail accounts by giving instructions, monitoring performance based on POS data analysis, and coming up with improvement plans.
• Plan and implement market research (category, shopper, user, competitor, region, channel, etc).
• [Must] More than 3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing
• [Preferred] Experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), food, beverage, cosmetics, and household products industries
• [Preferred] Sales experience managing retail accounts, distributors, and wholesalers
• [Preferred] Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• [Preferred] Experience in sales and promotion analysis using POS data
• [Preferred] Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• [Preferred] Willingness and ability to travel frequently and work in the field
