Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related
• 3-5 years in Kitchen Equipment Sales, Product Marketing or related field
• Strong sales planning, drive for results, customer focus, and coaching a sales team
• Excellent communication skills in English and Tagalog
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Develops sales strategies for the Food Manufacturing territory
• Plans and implements Business Development activities to grow the customer network and revenues
• Collaborates with Technical and Operations to achieve revenue goals
• Generates marketing resources and runs campaigns to assist sales teams
• Acts as regional coordination point with Head Office and support groups
• Ensures implementation of Marketing and Sales programs and promotions

Job description

The ideal candidate will be capable of creating effective marketing strategies that assist the efforts of sales teams and generate additional leads. This candidate should be comfortable creating content to aid the sales teams and have an ability to evaluate a marketing campaign to guarantee the best outcome. Additionally, this candidate should have a good understanding of the goals of various salespeople and ultimately operate as a close business partner.

Responsibilities

• Develops sales strategies for the covered in Food Manufacturing in the assigned territory
• Plans and implements Business Development activities for growing the Customer Network in the assigned territory and increasing revenues per client
• Works together with Technical and Operations to achieve common revenue and financial goals
• Generate marketing resources and run campaigns to assist work of sales teams Identify target audiences and potential sales leads through marketing campaigns
• Acts as the Regional point of coordination with Head Office Management and the support groups such as Operations, Technical, After Sales, IT, Finance, and HR.
• Ensures implementation of Marketing and Sales programs and promotions
• Works in individual development of direct reports and coaches them to achieve goals and professional growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, and other related courses
• 3-5 years experience in Kitchen Equipment Sales, Product Marketing or related field
• Sales experience and achievements demonstrate good sales planning, drive for results, customer focus, and coaching and development of a sales team
• Strong Customer Service, Innovate Sales skills, Creative in Producing good quality of service, analytical for Data and Sales Reporting, and Excellent Communication skills
• Good oral and written communication skills in English and Tagalog dialect
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and others)
