KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• 1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the Corporate Marketing Plan, market segmentation, and nationwide brand positioning
• 2. Team Management: Lead a high-performing team of Product Managers, Marketing Assistants, and outsourced Graphic Artists
• 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and R&D to align sales forecasts, pricing, and go-to-market strategies
• 4. Business Analytics: Track product performance, inventory movement, profitability, and return on marketing investments (ROI)
• 5. Partnership Building: Form strategic alliances with distributors, retailers, trade customers, and industry organizations

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or postgraduate studies is a major plus
• Experience: Minimum 8 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role within the FMCG, food manufacturing, or distribution sector
• Expertise: Strong background in brand management, trade marketing, product launches, and managing multiple product categories
• Skills: Highly analytical with deep business and financial acumen budgets, pricing, margins. Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Traits: High integrity, professional accountability, and strategic vision
