About the role

This role involves sales and business development for solar installation services, combining field-based client engagement with marketing and coordination activities. You will identify new sales opportunities, present solar energy solutions to prospective and existing clients, and work across teams to ensure successful project implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to prospective and existing clients to promote solar installation services
• Identify and generate new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research
• Present and explain the benefits, features, and cost savings of solar energy solutions
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations tailored to client requirements
• Negotiate and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business partners, and stakeholders
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation
• Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events to showcase the company's solar solutions
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates
• Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development; experience in the renewable energy or construction industry is an advantage
• Willing to perform field-based work and travel to meet clients
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of solar energy systems is an advantage; training will be provided
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of CRM software is an advantage
• Possesses a valid driver's license (preferred but not required)
