Job summary

Virtual BizNest in Cebu is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the full sales cycle for our virtual assistant solutions, from prospecting to closing deals, on-site in Cebu. The role includes managing the sales pipeline, setting targets, and delivering regular performance reports.

You will collaborate with operations and marketing to craft proposals, refine service packages, and ensure a smooth handover to delivery. Leadership and client relationship skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in sales management, including pipeline management, target setting, and performance reporting.
• Strong skills in client relationship building, negotiation, and consultative selling within service-oriented businesses.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, and service delivery.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, basic data analysis for sales metrics, and presentation software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present services clearly to diverse clients.
• Proven leadership capabilities, including team coaching, motivation, and conflict resolution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in BPO, outsourcing, or virtual assistant services is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on-site in Cebu and adapt to changing client and market needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee prospecting, qualifying leads, presenting service offerings, and closing deals for Virtual BizNest’s VAs services.
• Manage sales pipeline, set and monitor sales targets, and prepare regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with operations and marketing to develop proposals and refine service packages.
• Coach and mentor sales team members, conduct client meetings and product demonstrations.
• Maintain strong client relationships and gather feedback to improve services.
