Job summary

TigerUX is seeking an Area Manager to oversee the operations of multiple stores in the Philippines. You will lead and develop Area Managers, ensuring achievement of business and operational targets while monitoring key KPIs such as sales, productivity, and inventory control.

You will coordinate with Logistics, Purchasing, HR, and Finance to resolve issues and drive continuous improvements. A strong leadership profile and experience in large-scale retail operations are essential for success in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years in large-scale food retail operations or multi-store management.
• Experience leading large teams including Area Managers or equivalent roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and performance of multiple stores.
• Lead and develop Area Managers to hit business targets.
• Monitor KPIs: sales, productivity, inventory, shrinkage, staffing, customer service.
• Ensure compliance with standards, policies, food safety.
• Drive inventory management, stock availability, replenishment and loss control.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Purchasing, Supply Chain, HR and Finance to resolve issues.
• Identify gaps and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• Manage workforce planning and leadership development.
• Support new store openings and operational projects.
• Provide regular performance reports and recommendations to senior management.
• Participate in management meetings to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in large-scale food retail operations.
• At least 3 years of experience in managing large teams in a multi-store environment.
• Strong leadership and team development experience, including managing Area Managers or equivalent roles.
• Experience in inventory management, stock control, and store operations oversight.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, purchasing, and other business units.
• Background in discount retail or international retail exposure is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
• Results-driven with a hands-on approach to operations and problem-solving.
• Highly motivated, resilient, and adaptable to changing business needs.
• Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to drive operational efficiency and performance.

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
• Must have experience in Large-scale food retail industry.
