• Review production costs, product quality, and adjust production and inventory control strategies to improve profitability.
• Monitor competitor operations and formulate sales programs to expand market reach.
• Oversee the preparation and accuracy of accounting records.
• Prepare and recommend the annual budget to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
