Global Quest Consulting Group is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager in the Philippines. The role focuses on developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers. Experience in water filtration or related equipment is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong goal orientation and planning/organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop operating plans and objectives aligned with sales strategies and targets.
• Plan and organize sales strategies to generate targeted sales volume and profitability.
• Review selling prices to maximize contribution and win bids.
• Oversee promotional and advertising activities as part of the sales program.
• Communicate and maintain sound public relations with customers and suppliers.
• Recruit and assign qualified personnel to cover customers.
• Ensure adequate training of sales personnel.
• Coordinate with other departments on credit and collection issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
