Filinvest Land Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager for its Dumaguete Inhouse sales team. The role requires leading the sales team to meet targets, recruiting and maintaining manpower, and crafting effective sales strategies to drive performance.

Graduate of any 4-year course with 3+ years in real estate sales and 2+ years in a managerial role is preferred; strong communication and presentation skills are essential. Real estate broker's license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• More than 3 years of real estate sales experience.
• Minimum of 2 years managerial experience.
• Good understanding of the local real estate market.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Real estate broker's license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise sales team to ensure monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual sales target and deliverables are met.
• Source, recruit and maintain the required manpower throughout the contract.
• Develops & implement effective sales marketing strategies for the team.
