Filinvest Land is seeking a target-driven real estate sales professional in Negros Oriental, Dumaguete. You will promote properties, conduct site tours, prospect clients, and ensure closing sales while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include preparing paperwork, maintaining a client database, delivering presentations, and facilitating after-sales support. Fresh graduates or career shifters are welcome, with mall manning and digital selling as key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 2-year or 4-year course.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fresh graduates and career-shifters are welcome.
• Sales experience in real estate or other sales industry is an advantage but not required.
