The role requires strong leadership, negotiation, and forecasting skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and building key customer relationships. On-site position in Pateros with negotiable terms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in sales management.
• Strong commercial strategy, negotiation, forecasting, and leadership skills.
• Able to develop salespeople and manage key customer relationships.
• Experience in the relevant product or industry is preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
