Job summary

The MangoJob- Recruitment Platform | Jobs & Hiring App is seeking an experienced Sales Manager in Mandaluyong to lead the sales function, set market strategy, and drive revenue and margins.

You will manage sales teams, develop pricing and channel strategies, coordinate cross-functional plans, and report performance to senior management. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in sales, including 2+ years in management, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in sales management.
• Proven sales management experience with responsibility for teams and revenue targets.
• Strong commercial strategy, negotiation, forecasting.
• Able to develop salespeople and manage key customer relationships.
• Experience in the relevant product or industry is preferred.
