Agenture Corporation in Pasig City is seeking a Sales Operations professional to manage daily Sales Department activities on-site. You will oversee pipeline, quotations, orders, and customer follow-ups to ensure timely execution and accurate CRM updates.

You will coordinate with Sales Engineers, Account Managers, and other teams to meet targets, prepare reports, and support strategic accounts. This on-site role interacts with Warehouse, Purchasing, Finance, and Logistics to ensure smooth

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily Sales Department operations to ensure efficient execution of sales activities.
• Monitor the sales pipeline, quotations, proposals, purchase orders, and customer follow-ups to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure all sales opportunities are accurately recorded and updated in the company's CRM or sales monitoring system.
• Coordinate with Sales Engineers, Account Managers, and Sales Coordinators to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements.
• Prepare reports on targets, forecasts, pipelines, and KPIs for management.
• Ensure timely submission of sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Purchasing, Finance, Logistics, and other departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Support the Managing Partner in managing strategic customer accounts and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor customer concerns, order status, and after-sales activities to ensure prompt resolution.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Sales Operations Management

   • Oversee the daily operations of the Sales Department to ensure efficient execution of sales activities.

   • Monitor the sales pipeline, quotations, proposals, purchase orders, and customer follow-ups to ensure timely completion.

   • Ensure all sales opportunities are accurately recorded and updated in the company's CRM or sales monitoring system.

   • Coordinate with Sales Engineers, Account Managers, and Sales Coordinators to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements.

2. Sales Administration and Performance Monitoring

   • Monitor sales targets, forecasts, pipelines, and departmental KPIs, and prepare reports for Management.

   • Review quotations, proposals, bid submissions, and sales documentation for completeness and accuracy before submission.

   • Conduct regular sales meetings to review opportunities, pending transactions, customer concerns, and action plans.

   • Ensure timely submission of sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.

3. Customer and Cross-Functional Coordination

   • Coordinate with Warehouse, Purchasing, Finance, Logistics, and other departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery.

   • Support the Managing Partner in managing strategic customer accounts and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

   • Monitor customer concerns, order status, and after-sales activities to ensure prompt resolution.

Setup: Fully on-site from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM 11 Santa Teresita, Barangay Kapitolyo, Pasig City, 1603.
