Job summary

Accudetek Health Diagnostics in Cavite seeks a Sales Manager to drive total sales revenue through doctor referrals, corporate accounts and strong team leadership. You will guide Sales Executives, review daily reports and pipeline, and build partnerships with clinics, doctors and corporate partners while monitoring performance and ensuring accountability.

The role requires a 4-year degree (Business, Marketing or medical-related), 2–4 years sales experience (healthcare is a plus) and proven

Qualifications

• Graduate of a 4-year course (Business, Marketing, or Medical-related preferred).
• At least 2–4 years sales experience (healthcare or Pharmaceutical is an advantage).
• With Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Willing to do fieldwork and travel.
• Organized and results-driven.

Salary & Incentives
