Job summary

RS in Makati, Philippines seeks a detail‑oriented Logistics Support Officer to ensure goods are received, documented, and processed accurately for payment. You will coordinate with logistics providers, verify DN/POD, and work with Sales, Credit, Customer Service and Operations to resolve issues.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience, a Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field, and strong MS Office skills, with willingness for fieldwork and fluent English communication.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Willing to undergo fieldwork as needed.
• Adaptable to changing circumstances and requirements.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Attention to detail in documentation requirements.
• Familiarity with Delivery Note, POD, and Sales Invoice.
• Proficient in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with logistics provider to track goods and ensure customer requirements are met.
• Verify that documentation is complete to enable payment processing.
• Obtain signed delivery notes (DN) and proof of delivery (POD) via manual, email, or system.
• Collaborate with Sales, Credit, Customer Service and Operations to resolve issues.
• Process goods receipting from customers.
• Identify and log customer disputes for resolution and escalation.
• Support cash collection metrics through workflow improvement.
• Handle other tasks assigned by Team Leader or Team Manager.
