Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management and/or Human Resources Management; Psychology.
• At least 3 years work experience in a similar industry with extensive knowledge in sales training, facilitation, and management.
• Background in Finance, Banking, and Insurance.
• Strong Presentation/Facilitation, Communication, Problem Solving & Decision-Making, Coaching & Mentoring, and Project Management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Implement/Deliver the Learning and Performance Development Strategy for the sales organization, developing training plans and materials.
• Lead onboarding training programs for different sales channels and stakeholders within BPI AIA.
• Support rollout of products, platforms, and technology solutions to sales teams and stakeholders.
• Partner with teams to align training and performance development programs with business outcomes.
• Train, mentor, develop, and coach sellers and partners.
