• Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals.
• Manage team scheduling to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Review and approve team requests (e.g., leaves, discounts, and operational needs).
• Monitor performance and prepare regular sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Track KPIs and provide coaching and feedback to improve team productivity.
• Train, onboard, and continuously develop sales team members to enhance product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service.
• Ensure consistent and high-quality customer experience across all sales channels.
• Coordinate with marketing and other teams for campaign execution and product promotions.
