Job summary

HEBE BEAUTY COSMETICS INC. in Taguig is seeking a proactive trainee/associate to support key account activities and market development. You will learn to understand customer requirements, gather market insights, and prospect new business through cold calls and meetings.

You will maintain relationships with existing customers, assist in trade letters and product enrollment, and participate in team meetings to share best practices and achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

• Open to graduates or undergraduates.
• Preferably with courses related to Business Management, Business Administration or Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Gain understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements.
• Gather market and customer information.
• Cold calling to arrange meetings and prospect for new business.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via in person, calls and emails.
• Act as a contact between the company and its markets when possible.
• Assist in creating trade letters, product enrollment, and promos enrollment.

Job description

• Gaining a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements.
• Gathering market and customer information.
• Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business or existing customers.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
• Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets whenever possible.
• Assist in creating trade letters, product enrollment, promo enrollment, and all other things that Key Account Managers needed assistance to.
• Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues.

Qualifications:
Although this area of work is open to all graduates or undergraduates. Preferably with courses related to:
