• Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Strong ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a team.
• Good communication and excellent people skills.
• Background in real estate, direct selling, or pre-need institutions is preferred.
• Must have work under pressure.
• Willing to travel from time to time when necessary.
• Applicants must be based in Lingayen, Pangasinan.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and deliver sales targets set by the company.
• Set individual and team sales targets for agents per company guidelines.
• Develop, implement, and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Monitor, evaluate, and manage the sales team's performance for productivity and goal attainment.
• Compile, analyze, and report sales figures, trends, and performance metrics.
• Manage and maintain relationships with key and major customer accounts.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback and market research to improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor competitors’ products, pricing, and market activities to identify opportunities and risks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and ethical standards.
