Ideal candidates hold a Marketing-related degree and 3+ years of experience, with strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills. Willingness to travel and ability to work under pressure are preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Achieve and consistently deliver sales targets for the company.
• Set individual and team sales targets for agents per guidelines.
• Develop, implement, and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Monitor, evaluate, and manage the sales team's performance to ensure productivity and goal attainment.
• Compile, analyze, and report sales figures, trends, and performance metrics.
• Manage and maintain relationships with key and major customer accounts.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback and market research to improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor competitors' products, pricing, and market activities to identify opportunities and risks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and ethical standards.
