The role emphasizes accuracy, multi-tasking, and learning NetSuite/Xero, Excel, Power BI, Slack, and Google Workspace, with hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 remote) and a path to career advancement.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of relevant experience in Sales Administration, Finance Administration, Accounts Support, or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Process and accurately enter customer orders.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records.
• Provide administrative support to the Sales team.
• Coordinate order-related requirements with internal teams.
• Monitor and follow up outstanding orders, requests, and tasks.
• Maintain organised documentation and records.
• Support other Sales Administration activities as required.
