Job summary

MicroSourcing International in Metro Manila is seeking a Finance Support Team Leader to drive day-to-day embedded finance support across six verticals within Shared Services. You will supervise billing, cost operations, and ensure financial controls while enabling Account Managers to focus on growth.

This hybrid role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years in finance or billing, with leadership experience preferred. Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and billing systems is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Finance, Accountancy, Financial Management, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in finance, billing, financial administration, or transactional finance roles.
• Leadership or team lead experience is an advantage; prior people-management experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of financial administration, billing operations, transactional finance, and basic financial controls.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets, with hands-on experience using Billing App and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Billing & Cost Operations: supervise client billing processes to reflect terms, service volumes, and data; manage billable costs and pre-billing audits.
• Transaction Processing: review, validate, and process Cash Advances, Liquidations, Reimbursements, and RFPs before endorsement to Corporate Finance.
• Ticketing System Management: oversee the finance ticket queue end-to-end from intake to completion.
• Disputes & Incentives Execution: compute incentives, implement schemes, and triage salary/payroll disputes.
• Petty Cash Control: manage petty cash replenishment, monitor liquidation aging, and perform reconciliations.
• Reporting & Compliance Support: assist in delivering financial reports, MIS, and headcount data with enterprise controls.
