Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a sales professional to prospect and acquire new accounts within the designated area in the Philippines.

The role requires maintaining excellent relationships with clients and delivering top-quality service and products, including promoting company offerings and new applications. You will ensure pricing is applied consistently, collect payments, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to drive campaigns and product feedback.

Qualifications

• Education: College graduate or college level.
• At least 2 years sales experience.
• Knowledge in food industry is an advantage.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and acquiring new accounts within the assigned area.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and new accounts and provide high-quality services and products.
• Promote Hicaps new and existing products and services and new applications as they develop.
• Ensure pricing strategy is applied to customers in the assigned area.
• Collect payments for all sales invoices and ensure timely remittance per policy.
• Support other team members as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to execute campaigns across social media, digital marketing, CRM, and market research.
• Collaborate with product development to relay customer feedback for new products and samples.
• Submit monthly sales reports, weekly route plans, and progress reports as directed.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible in prospecting, zoning and acquiring new accounts and/or clients within the assigned area.
• Responsible in maintaining good relationship with existing and new accounts by providing the highest quality of services and products.
• Responsible in promoting Hicaps new and existing products and services as well as new applications as they are developed.
• Responsible in ensuring pricing strategy is applied to customers in assigned area.
• Responsible in collecting payments for all sales invoices in his designated area and to ensure timely remittance of all collections as per Company policy and guidelines.
• Support other team members in other areas as needed.
• Collaborate and work with Sales and Marketing team to ensure all strategies and campaigns are well executed such as but not limited to social media, digital marketing, CRM systems, market research and surveys among others.
• Collaborate and work with product development team to provide information and customer feedback regarding products for introduction, sampling and development.
• Submit required reports such as monthly sales report, weekly route plan and progress report, new prospects/products development and other reports as directed by the employer.
