CUSCAPI PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to identify and win new business in Metro Manila. You will develop sales strategies, conduct market research, and manage client relationships from first contact to closing.

The role requires strong English, effective communication, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. POS experience is a plus, with opportunities for commissions and allowances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business management or CS, undergrads welcome with POS sales experience.
• Minimum 2 years sales experience.
• Proficient in English.
• Sales experience in software/hardware solution selling.
• Good communication, aggressive, dynamic, and result-oriented.
• Strong presentation skills with confidence.
• Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Having POS experience is an advantage.
• Ability to identify new business opportunities independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, or social media.
• Meetings with potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide solutions to business challenges.
• Provide sales quotations/proposals, sales forecasting, and reporting.
• Gather client feedback and share with management and development teams for improvement.
