Job summary

Mechtex Ltd. is launching a new Precision Machining Operations Division and seeks a technical, results-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth, expand our client base, and showcase our expanded manufacturing capabilities to B2B clients.

You will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, engage with engineering and production teams, and deliver solutions that meet customer requirements and project schedules.

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Production.
• Experience: 1 years+ required.
• Basic to advance understanding of precision machining / part manufacturing operations, including CNC, VMC, Turning, Milling, Hobbing, Broaching, Moulding, Overmoulding, and surface treatments like Hardening & Anodizing.
• Ability to read/interpret engineering drawings, strong negotiation skills, and clear communication.
• Prior experience in B2B technical sales, industrial sales, or business development within manufacturing / machining sector.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, pitch, and secure new B2B clients for custom precision machining services.
• Upsell existing customer base to acquire machining business and expand key accounts.
• Analyze customer requirements, engineering drawings, and specifications to offer viable machining and manufacturing solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including RFQs, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Work closely with the engineering and production teams to evaluate project feasibility, pricing, and delivery schedules.
