Job summary

KARL STORZ Philippines is seeking a dynamic medical sales professional to drive leads, meet or exceed sales goals, and negotiate contracts with clients. You will travel across the Philippines, prepare weekly and monthly reports, and deliver engaging sales presentations to a range of prospective customers.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, excellent communication and report writing skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and at least four years of local medical sales or related

Responsibilities

• Create leads and meet or exceed sales goals.
• Negotiate contracts with prospective clients.

• Give sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Travel throughout the Philippines to visit clients.
• Maintain and update customer records and respond to credit/product inquiries.

Your Mission

• Create leads
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
• Helping determine pricing schedule for quotations, promotions, and negotiations.
• Extensive travel throughout the Philippines
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
• Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
• Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
• Understanding and promoting company programs.
• Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
• Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
• Maintaining of Customer Records
• Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability
• Participation in events seminars and exhibitions

Your Talents

• The candidate must possess at least Bachelors/College Degree of any course.
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Possess good report writing skills.
• Possess good interpersonal skills
• Possess at least 4 years of local medical sales or related experiences.
• Knowledgeable with Microsoft applications like Outlook, Words, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Self-starter, self-manager, self-motivator and a good team player.
• A meticulous and analytical team player who has good business acumen and has the initiative to reverse an adverse situation or remain positive and open to criticism, feedback and on-going self- development.
• Demonstrated commitment to completing assignments or objectives on time.
