Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
• Proven sales experience in IVD, diagnostics, medical devices, or healthcare solutions.
• Demonstrated success in new business acquisition and territory growth.
• Experience working with hospital and laboratory stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Candidates from IVD, Diagnostics, or Medical Devices backgrounds are highly preferred.
• Strong network within the Mindanao healthcare market.
• Ability to confidently navigate technical and commercial discussions.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within hospitals, laboratories, and diagnostic centers.
• Execute strategic territory planning to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline while delivering accurate sales forecasts.
• Position Abbott’s Core Diagnostics portfolio through value-based selling and consultative sales approaches.
• Present technical product solutions, configurations, and clinical value propositions to prospective customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations, sales presentations, and commercial negotiations.
• Understand customer laboratory workflows and align Abbott offerings to meet their operational and clinical needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, applications, and service teams to support business development efforts.
• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends in diagnostics and IVD markets.
• Identify new applications and opportunities to expand product utilization within target accounts.
• Provide strategic market insights and recommendations to leadership.
