Job summary

Asiatic Medical Laboratories Inc. is seeking a Sales Executive responsible for driving sales growth, developing client relationships, and achieving targets. The role emphasizes expanding the customer base, maintaining physician networks, and delivering high-quality service to support business growth.

You will identify new opportunities, promote laboratory services, conduct client visits, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in business, marketing, medical technology, life sciences or related field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management or related field.
• Healthcare, medical laboratory services or related industry experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-oriented, results-driven and able to work independently to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and develops new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, networking, and other sales channels.
• Presents Asiatic Medical Laboratories Inc.'s laboratory services and solutions to prospective and existing clients.
• Conducts client visits, sales calls, and product/service discussions to generate new accounts.
• Develops and implements sales strategies and action plans to achieve targets.
• Builds and maintains a healthy sales pipeline and follows up on leads and prospects.
• Builds and maintains strong, long-term relationships with clients and serves as the primary contact.
• Coordinates with laboratory and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
• Prepares sales reports, forecasts, and updates on business development activities.
