Private Advertiser is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive who can speak Mandarin to join our hospitality team in Mandaluyong, Metro Manila. You will develop new business opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and drive revenue growth with effective sales strategies across our hotels and F&B services.
You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations to promote products, generate new accounts, and ensure an excellent client and guest experience.
About the role
We are looking for a results-driven and dynamic Sales Executive who can speak Chinese to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with clients and partners, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies. You will work closely with our Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations teams to promote the hotel's products and services, generate new accounts, and ensure an excellent experience for our clients and guests.
Key responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients, particularly within the Chinese-speaking market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and business partners.
Conduct sales calls, client visits, presentations, site inspections, and business meetings.
Promote the hotel's rooms, restaurants, events, packages, and other F&B and hospitality services.
Communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking clients and business partners and assist in addressing their inquiries and requirements.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, contracts, and other required sales documents.
Maintain an updated database of clients and regularly monitor sales activities and business opportunities.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure that client requirements and commitments are properly handled.
Attend trade shows, networking events, sales missions, and other promotional activities when required.
About you
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Previous experience in hotel, resort, travel, tourism, or hospitality sales is preferred.
Fluent in Mandarin/Chinese with good English communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Confident in dealing with clients and business partners.
Highly motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Willing to conduct client visits, sales calls, and business travel when required.
Professional appearance and excellent customer service orientation.
