Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive who can speak Mandarin to join our hospitality team in Mandaluyong, Metro Manila. You will develop new business opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and drive revenue growth with effective sales strategies across our hotels and F&B services.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations to promote products, generate new accounts, and ensure an excellent client and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• Experience in hotel, resort, travel, tourism, or hospitality sales preferred.
• Fluent in Mandarin/Chinese with good English communication.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willing to travel for client visits and sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with Chinese-speaking clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and partners.
• Conduct sales calls, client visits, presentations, site inspections, and meetings.
• Promote hotel rooms, restaurants, events, packages, and F&B services.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure client requirements are met.
• Attend trade shows and sales missions as required.
• Maintain updated client database and monitor sales activities.
• Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
