Job summary

Groworx in Alabang, Muntinlupa is seeking a Sales Executive to guide aspiring international students and workers from first enquiry to departure: consulting, converting, and carrying clients through admissions and visa lodgment. The role is an Independent Contractor with a hybrid work setup.

Salary Php 25,000–Php 35,000 plus uncapped commissions; applicants must have their own laptop and a drive to meet sales targets.

• 2+ years of sales experience in a B2C environment.

What you will do

• Generate and convert leads through calls, email, SMS, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Consult with students and workers to match them to the right program and destination.
• Match candidates to sponsor employers, screen them, and support contract negotiation.
• Prepare and submit admission applications and supporting documents.
• Lodge student and work visa applications through immigration portals.
• Draft Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) statements.
• Track application and visa status and keep clients updated.
• Build referral partnerships with schools, agents, and community groups.
• Plan and run recruitment events, information sessions, and webinars.
• Keep the CRM accurate and report on pipeline and conversion.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a B2C (Business-to-Consumer) environment.
• Strong background in the Real Estate, Automotive Dealership, or related consumer-based industries. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Confident with CRM systems, Zoom, Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
