Job summary

Groworx Global in the Philippines is seeking a Sales Executive to guide international students and workers from first enquiry through visa lodgment, handling consulting, conversion, and client care.

In this hybrid role, you will generate and convert leads, match candidates to programs, manage admissions, coordinate with schools and sponsors, and track progress in the CRM to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business or related field is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of B2C sales experience.
• Background in Real Estate or automotive dealership recommended.

Responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads through calls, email, SMS, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Consult with students and workers to match them to the right program and destination.
• Match candidates to sponsor employers, screen them, and support contract negotiation.
• Prepare and submit admission applications and supporting documents.
• Lodge student and work visa applications through immigration portals.
• Draft Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) statements.
• Track application and visa status and keep clients updated.
• Build referral partnerships with schools, agents, and community groups.
• Plan and run recruitment events, information sessions, and webinars.
• Keep the CRM accurate and report on pipeline and conversion.
