Job summary

groworxglobal is seeking a Sales Executive to guide aspiring international students and workers from initial inquiry to departure. You will consult, convert, and shepherd clients through admissions and visa lodgment while maintaining relationships across partners.

The role emphasizes building a pipeline through calls, emails, and social channels, coordinating with schools and sponsors, and achieving sales targets in a hybrid Alabang/Muntinlupa setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a B2C environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Zoom, Google Workspace and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads through calls, email, SMS, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Consult with students and workers to match them to the right program and destination.
• Match candidates to sponsor employers, screen them, and support contract negotiation.
• Prepare and submit admission applications and supporting documents.
• Lodge student and work visa applications through immigration portals.
• Draft Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) statements.
• Track application and visa status and keep clients updated.
• Build referral partnerships with schools, agents, and community groups.
• Plan and run recruitment events, information sessions, and webinars.
• Keep the CRM accurate and report on pipeline and conversion.
