Job summary

SEA Olympus Marketing Inc. is seeking a Sales Executive in the Philippines to serve as the primary liaison with customers, delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong relationships across client accounts.

You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery and accurate order processing. A focus on CRM-driven records and reporting supports ongoing account growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Process customer requests, orders, and account modifications.
• Coordinate with other departments to expedite customer service delivery.
• Provide product/service info and support to customers.
• Generate regular reports on customer service metrics and outcomes.
• Identify and elevate priority issues to appropriate management personnel.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to improving customer service processes.

Role

A Sales Executive serves as the primary point of contact between our organization and customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery and maintaining strong professional relationships with our client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
