Job summary

GPnC Manpower Services is seeking a Sales Executive to join the Clark Freeport Zone team, Pampanga. You will identify new opportunities, manage client accounts and drive revenue growth while representing the company with integrity.

The role requires 2–3 years of sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and CRM proficiency. You will collaborate with marketing and operations to deliver outstanding client service and secure repeat business.

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Executive to join the dynamic sales team at GPnC Manpower Services. This is a full-time position based in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and building lasting client relationships. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and achieving sales targets whilst representing our company with professionalism and integrity. This position is integral to our business development strategy and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's growth trajectory.

Key responsibilities

1. Identify, pursue and close new sales opportunities within assigned territories or market segments
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
3. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
4. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators
5. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities
6. Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and closure
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities and pipeline progress using CRM systems
8. Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and operations to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery
9. Provide feedback to management on market trends, client needs and competitive positioning
10. Actively participate in industry events, networking activities and trade shows to generate leads

What we're looking for

1. Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a sales representative or sales consultant role
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels
3. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively
4. Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions
5. Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
6. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a positive attitude and resilience
7. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
8. Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Sales, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
9. Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
10. Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and business development activities
11. Knowledge of the manpower services or recruitment industry is highly desirable
