Job summary

GPnC Manpower Services is seeking a Sales Executive to join the Clark Freeport Zone team, Pampanga. You will identify new opportunities, manage client accounts and drive revenue growth while representing the company with integrity.

The role requires 2–3 years of sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and CRM proficiency. You will collaborate with marketing and operations to deliver outstanding client service and secure repeat business.

• Proven track record of success in sales with 2–3 years' experience in a sales role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Sales, Marketing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and close new sales opportunities within assigned territories or market segments.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
• Provide feedback on market trends and client needs to management.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to generate leads.
