Job summary

GPnC Manpower Services is seeking a Sales Executive to drive revenue and build lasting client relationships from Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga. You will identify opportunities, manage accounts, and achieve sales targets while presenting our services with professionalism.

The role requires 2–3 years of sales experience, strong communication, negotiation, and CRM proficiency, plus willingness to travel for meetings and development activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years in a sales role with proven success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for building client relationships.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
• Ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office.
• Self-motivated, results-driven and resilient.
• Capable of managing multiple accounts and priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Good problem-solving orientation and customer service focus.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and close new sales opportunities in assigned territories.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to secure repeat business.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to find opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle from contact to contract closure.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Provide feedback on market trends and client needs to management.
• Participate in industry events and trade shows to generate leads.
