• Follow up on arrival of stock, lead-time, and inform delivery schedule to customers.
• Monitor AR balances, follow up payments and collect cheques when necessary.
• Survey and collect market and competitor pricing information.
• Recommend and develop new products to active customers.
• Generate new projects and sales.

About the role
