Job summary

You will conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and site inspections to recommend technical solutions. You will coordinate with Engineering, Projects, Operations, and Warehouse teams to ensure accurate quotations and proper project execution.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Engineering, Technical, Business, Marketing, or a related course
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply
• With or without sales experience
• Technical sales or engineering background is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to learn technical products and engineering applications
• Basic understanding of pumps, motors, electrical systems, instrumentation, or water treatment is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, electrical drawings, P&IDs, pump curves, or technical specifications is a plus
• Willing to conduct customer visits, site inspections, presentations, and field work
• Willing to travel when required
• Preferably with a valid driver’s license and able to drive a manual vehicle
• Must be comfortable working with engineers, contractors, consultants, suppliers, water districts, and other clients
• Self-motivated, responsible, persistent, and willing to learn
• Applicants residing outside Metro Manila must be willing to report to our Quezon City office and make the necessary arrangements for transportation or accommodation

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company's electromechanical, water treatment, and instrumentation products and services
• Develop and maintain relationships with water districts, contractors, consultants, engineering firms, industrial clients, and other customers
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities and potential customers
• Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, product demonstrations, and site inspections
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions and equipment
• Assist in selecting and sizing products such as pumps, motors, VFDs, motor controllers, flow meters, chemical dosing equipment, and chlorination systems
• Prepare and submit quotations, technical proposals, product submittals, brochures, and other sales documents
• Review customer specifications, project requirements, and technical documents
• Coordinate with the Engineering, Projects, Operations, Warehouse, and Management teams to ensure accurate quotations and proper project execution
• Coordinate with suppliers and international principals regarding product availability, pricing, technical requirements, and lead times
• Monitor quotations, follow up with customers, and convert opportunities into actual sales
• Attend project meetings, inspections, testing, commissioning, and other activities when required
• Maintain accurate records of leads, quotations, customer activities, sales opportunities, and project status
• Stay updated on the company's products, technologies, applications, and industry developments
• Perform other sales and technical duties related to the company's projects and operations
