• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Business Management.

• Minimum of three years as a Sales Engineer.
• Adept in ERP and Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Calls on prospective clients to promote assigned products and services.
• Reviews customer requirements (tender documents, plans, layouts, equipment schedules).
• Assists in preparing cost estimates sheets and proposals/tenders.
• Draws up Sales Contracts and conducts product/technical presentations.
• Gathers customer feedback to improve after-sales service.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Purpose

Sales Engineer is responsible for the selling of Eastman assigned products and to ensure Customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Management or its equivalent work experience.
• Having a license of Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer is a plus.
• Minimum of three (3) years of working experience as a Sales Engineer.
• Adept in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Microsoft applications.
• Secure market information related to products and services needed for sales projections and marketing plans.
• Calls on prospective clients to promote assigned products and services.
• Reviews customer requirements (tender documents, plans/layouts/equipment schedules, etc.)
• Assists in the preparation of cost estimate sheets, proposal/tender for each customer requirement.
• Draws up Sales Contracts.
• Conducts product / technical presentations.
• Seeks customer feedback to improve after sales service.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned by his/her immediate superior.
