Job summary

Diamond Key International Group in the Philippines is seeking an entrepreneurial and proactive Sales Engineer to help build and grow our market in the Oil & Gas and industrial sectors. This role focuses on business development, customer engagement, and technical solution selling, working with regional engineering, sales, project, and service teams.

Ideal candidates bring 3–7 years in sales or engineering, plus a degree in engineering or business, and are fluent in English and the local language

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–7 years in sales, technical sales, business development, or engineering.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, industrial automation, terminal management, or related industries is preferred.
• Proven track record in solution selling, business development, and customer engagement.
• Strong understanding of the Philippines Oil & Gas and industrial market is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset – comfortable developing a market and creating opportunities from the ground up.
• Willingness to travel within the Philippines and, when required, the wider Asia Pacific region.
• Fluent in English and the local language.

Responsibilities

• Develop new project opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline in the Philippines.
• Expand relationships with major Oil & Gas, energy, and industrial companies across the country.
• Identify customer needs and develop suitable technical and commercial solutions.
• Provide technical sales support for terminal automation, SCADA, metering, industrial automation, and digitalization projects.
• Act as the on-ground representative of DKI, strengthening customer relationships and responsiveness.
• Work closely with DKI's regional engineering, sales, project, and service teams.
• Support the development and execution of DKI's Philippines market strategy.

Diamond Key International (DKI) is expanding its presence in the Philippines and is looking for an entrepreneurial and proactive Sales Engineer to help build and grow our market. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys business development, customer engagement, and technical solution selling and wants to play a key role in developing DKI's presence in the Philippine Oil & Gas and industrial market.
