The role covers equipment procurement, tendering, client engagement, and marketing activities within utilities, EPC contractors, and major power players. Strong communication and market insight are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in HVAC, power transmission or distribution equipment.
• Experience with equipment procurement for Philippine Distribution Utilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in power transmission and distribution.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and bid documents.
• Conduct client presentations and product demonstrations.
• Handle tendering for new equipment and overhaul projects for large power plants.
• Coordinate with engineering teams for technical specifications and compliance.
• Ensure timely submission of bids and adherence to procurement requirements.
• Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers for pricing and technical data.
• Support marketing initiatives such as company presentations, brochures, and online presence.
• Build and maintain relationships with utilities, contractors, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct market research on competitors and industry trends.
• Represent the company in industry events, meetings, and site visits.

We work with distribution utilities, power plants, and major industry players to deliver reliable and high-quality engineering services.

We are looking for a Sales Engineer / Marketing Specialist who can combine technical expertise with strong business development skills.

The role involves handling equipment procurement, tendering, client engagement, and marketing initiatives within the power and utilities sector.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (Sales Engineering & Business Development)

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in power transmission and distribution
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and bid documents
• Conduct client presentations and product demonstrations
• Handle tendering for new equipment and overhaul projects for large power plants
• Coordinate with engineering teams for technical specifications and compliance

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 3–5 years experience in HVAC, power transmission, or distribution equipment industry

Experience in:

1. Equipment procurement with Philippine Distribution Utilities
2. Tendering for power plant projects (new and overhaul)
3. Strong understanding of electrical systems and equipment (switchgear, transformers, substations, etc.)

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred:

• Experience working with or supplying to Philippine DU companies
• Knowledge of government and private sector procurement processes
• Existing network within power plants, utilities, or EPC contractors
• Experience in CRM tools, digital marketing, or lead generation
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
