Role Description

This full-time on-site Sales Engineer role is based in Muntinlupa City and involves providing technical and commercial support to customers and internal teams. The Sales Engineer will prepare proposals, quotations, and technical presentations that align customer requirements with IEE’s elevator solutions. Daily activities include coordinating with engineering and project teams, conducting site visits, and responding to inquiries to ensure accurate specifications and competitive pricing. The role also includes maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting after-sales service to promote customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. The Sales Engineer will document activities, maintain records in sales tools or CRM systems, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills, including the ability to interpret technical specifications and provide appropriate product recommendations.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to manage client interactions, explain technical concepts clearly, and build professional relationships.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead generation, opportunity qualification, and negotiation to support business growth.
• Candidates should ideally have a degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience in elevator, construction, or industrial equipment industries.
• Candidates should possess solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in common office and presentation software.
• Candidates should be able to work on-site, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects or inquiries within set timelines.
• Experience in building systems, vertical transportation, or similar technical sales roles, as well as familiarity with relevant codes and standards, is an advantage.
